What you are buying
The review screen identifies the exact solar-viewer description, quantity, merchandise price, delivery charge and total including taxes. Safety and conformity claims are shown only from the approved product dossier.
How the contract is formed
You can correct your quantity, address or fulfilment choice before payment. “Continue to pay” opens Stripe's hosted checkout. A Stripe receipt confirms payment processing; the seller's order-confirmation email accepts the order after verified payment, compliance and batch-stock checks. A rare concurrency failure results in a full refund to the original payment method.
Pickup
Pickup is from Jamescape, CENTRAL TECH, 31 Russell St, Liverpool, L3 5LJ, between 09:00 and 17:30 on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
Collection ends at 17:30 on Wednesday 12 August. If your order has not been collected by 17:30, it will not be supplied and no refund will be issued, except where required by law.
The no-refund outcome is automated only while the exact wording has an active recorded legal approval; otherwise the order is placed into manual legal and refund review. Nothing removes statutory consumer rights.
Local delivery
Local delivery is quoted at cost and is offered only when a fresh courier quote predicts pickup from Jamescape by 17:00. The review screen shows the expected arrival as an estimate. The seller remains responsible for delivery. If a paid job cannot be booked or fails before courier pickup, the order is refunded automatically; failures after pickup receive manual review.
Cancellation and returns
Tell us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to cancel, then return the glasses within the following 14 days. Keep the individually sealed product packet intact. If the product seal is broken or the glasses have been used, we may reduce your refund to reflect the resulting loss in value, potentially by the full product price where the item has no resale value. Opening the outer delivery packaging does not count. This does not affect your rights if the glasses are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for their stated purpose.
Cancel by any clear statement through your tokenized order page or by emailing support. The order page is not the exclusive cancellation method. For an ordinary change of mind, you normally bear the direct return cost. We do not charge cancellation, administration, disposal or restocking fees.
Faulty or unsafe products
Faulty, unsafe, not-as-described or unfit goods are handled under statutory remedies and are not restricted by the ordinary change-of-mind or intact-seal rules. Stop using a product involved in a safety concern and contact the safety address above.
Safety
Inspect the marking, inner seal, instructions and lenses before use. Do not use damaged viewers, ordinary sunglasses, or solar viewers with cameras, binoculars or telescopes. Supervise children and follow the manufacturer's English instructions supplied with the exact product.
